FAQ

  • Once payment is successfully received, you will promptly receive an email containing your files attached for your convenience. Please note that you have a period of 24 hours to download the files, after which the link will no longer be accessible. If you happen to miss the opportunity to download your files within this 24-hour window, they will need to be resent. Due to my availability and other commitments, this may unfortunately delay the time it takes for you to receive your files.

  • My files are specifically designed for Cricut users. While I do utilize my SVG files with my laser software, I often find it necessary to make certain adjustments to optimize performance when doing so. It's important to note that my files are not "LASER READY." Therefore, please be aware of this important information before making a purchase, as I do not offer refunds for any transactions.

  • Under no circumstances will refunds or exchanges be given for any digital downloads due to the unique nature of this type of product. HOWEVER, if there is a specific issue on my end or with the file itself—excluding any problems that arise from the knowledge of using the file—I will gladly work with you to resolve the matter in a timely manner. Please feel free to reach out to me through the CONTACT section on my website, and I will do my best to assist you.

  • While I am always happy to help in any way I can, there are certain instances where I am unfortunately unable to do so. For instance, I cannot assist with specific software issues that may arise. Additionally, I cannot provide guidance on how to use the files, as that responsibility falls on the buyer. Buyers should familiarize themselves with the necessary tools, and there are countless tutorials available on platforms like YouTube and Google that can prove to be quite helpful. Furthermore, I am unable to assist with the sizing of your file as well. These are all important aspects that the buyer should be well-equipped to understand and know prior to making a purchase.

  • SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) and PNG (Portable Network Graphics) are two common types of image file formats used in digital design.

    SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics):

    • SVG is a vector-based image format, meaning it uses geometric shapes, paths, and text to create images.

    • Because it is scalable, SVG files can be resized without loss of quality, making them ideal for responsive web design and high-resolution displays.

    • SVG files are defined in XML format, allowing for easy editing and manipulation through code.

    • They are best suited for logos, icons, and illustrations where crisp lines and scalability are important.

    PNG (Portable Network Graphics):

    • PNG is a raster-based image format, meaning it is made up of pixels.

    • Unlike JPEG, PNG supports transparency, allowing for smoother edges and overlays.

    • PNG images can be compressed without losing quality, making them suitable for web use while preserving detail.

    • This format is often used for images that require high resolution or transparency, such as screenshots, graphics, and detailed illustrations.

In summary, the choice between SVG and PNG depends on the specific needs of your project. SVG is suitable for scalable graphics, while PNG is preferred for complex images requiring transparency.
